The main objective was the copyright date dubious causing the film to be unqualified for recording. The real question is the old "Council on the contents of archival documents admitted" issue. Do not we need a separate forum for erasure of media content for AI?
You have asked a question I can't answer. However any film that is less than a year old shouldn't be on the site. And it shouldn't matter where it's from. Unless it's public domain.
